My path began in engineering—building models and CI/CD pipelines at NASA, then improving QA and lifecycle workflows at Lockheed Martin. I moved into product at Pegasystems, leading AI-powered initiatives on Customer Decision Hub for enterprise clients like Verizon and T-Mobile, focusing on scalable, high-impact outcomes that endure.

Today, I focus on AI-enabled, data-informed experiences for operators and customers in complex environments: instrumentation from day one, dashboards that guide recurring decisions, and agile practices that turn uncertainty into progress.
